Apply your seasonings. I used basil and oregano because I'm using spaghetti squash in place of spaghetti.

Nuke it for 6:00 minutes on high. 3:00 minutes per pound in the microwave.

Let stand at least 2 minutes before unwrapping. Lots of steam, and believe me it will burn you.
