Cherry tomato & Basil

Minced Garlic, Black Olive, Capers, Anchovy. Soup-stock(I used concentrated soup add hot water, top right)

Concentrated tomato paste

Hot pot of cold, 3 teaspoons of olive oil, saute garlic and basil. Don't be too long

After the garlic become yellow, incised cherry tomatoes, and continue to stir

Pour stock, tomato paste. Stir, soft fire. When tomato boiled quickly add Con. tomato paste.

Add Capers, black olive, anchovy. Soft fire, 1H(Until thickened)


Sprinkle Parmesan, and...let's eat
