Gather ingredients.
Roughly chop all veggies and finely dice jalapeño.
Cube chicken breast.
Cook and crumb up bacon.
Drizzle oil in large soup pot.
Sauté carrots, celery, garlic, and onion for about 5 min over medium heat.
Add jalapeño.
Add chicken.
Add enough water to just cover ingredients. Cover and cook on medium for 20 mins until chicken is cooked.
Add bacon.
Mix flour with milk then add to soup.
Add corn.
Might need more rough if not think enough.
Serve and enjoy.
