STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Onion get sacrificed under the knife...hehe I mean chop onion n mint
Let's keep coriander and fresh coconut ready
Put some oil in a pan and the chopped onions , let me quickly throw in some green chillies
Add the fried onions in the mixer, a spoonful of ginger garlic paste, and fresh coriander(lots again)... Zee err zeeeerr goes my blender
Gooyee green paste, this is mainly because of the coriander
Heat a pan and add oil....add whole garam masala.....trust me a sweet smell will fill your room
Add in the green paste WARNING🔥🔥 it will spurt a lot so put the flame on low
A spoonful of red chilli powder... Gonna be hot
And salt to taste.....don't go by the pic and don't add so much salt,,I did this just for the pic
some amount of turmeric...in you go
Fresh mint cleaned and if you want can chop them a bit and add it to the gravy...let it boil for some time on low flame...and this it the great time to get the mutton ready
I bought mutton from local butcher shop, fresh cut and all I had to do is clean it Muah😘😘
Clean then what are you waiting for, add them to the gravy
Hmmmm looks tempting, let it fry for sometime and keep mixing at intervals
Remember the coconut in slide 2 it's time for them to go in the mixer... Zee eer zee err Done ok add then
Add fresh tomato purée...
Mutton is a very tough meat to soften, so be generous with the water. It is best with steamed rice so you would like to keep it in gravy form after it is cooked, so more water
Cover the lid let it pressure cook for sometime...3-4 whistles should do the job of making the mutton tender
TADA💁💁 done
I was so hungry so couldn't show you the awesome look when it is combined with steamed rice It's a million dollar combination
