Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Wash the cauliflower florets and drain.
Peel the potatoes.
Next chop the potatoes.
Chop the onions.
Chop the marrows.
After heating the pan, put the onion in the pan.
Add the tomato paste and cook for one minute while stirring constantly.
Add the cauliflower florets.
Next add the potatoes.
Then add the marrows.
Finally add the peas.
Add 1.5 litres of water and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 30 minutes till the vegetables are cooked.
Periodically stir your soup.
Add the gbejna to the boiling soup and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Finally add the egg to the boiling soup.
Cook for a further 5 minutes.
