STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Supplies :)! AND don't forget some pita and Tzaziki. I prefer a medium size pita to really stuff full.
Yum yum yumm!
Okay cut up your green pepper they should be about this thick.
Heat some oil in a nice big pan.
Mix your seasoned pork around. I personally made mine and allowed it to marinate for 24 hours I did a guide on the recipe for it so you can view that. But if not, you can always get some at Walmart.
Get your oil nice and hot and just pour your pork in there.
Okay while thats frying chop up your broccoli make sure it's no bigger then this
Ooooooh it's getting nice and brown :) once it gets to about here place your broccoli in and cover :)
YUMMMM!
And cover :)
Okay, cut up your cucumber. It needs to be this thick.
And cut into fours.
Cut up your onions you can make them fine but I like them bigger.
On a side note :P Charlotte got a hair cut! Isn't she cute!
Okay, so the pork should take about 4-6 minutes to brown. Pop the broccoli in wait about 3 minutes pop those green peppers in and wait another 3 minutes heat should now be on 4 so a lil under medium.
Get your pita ready, get a nice size of foil under it.
Get your Tzaziki ready :)!!
Okay RIGHT at the end before serving turn off the heat and quickly throw in your cucumber and onions. Stir around and serve!
After those short 3 minutes :P everything should be done and left some what crunchy. Now place a good size amount of meat mixture and then a good size of Tzaziki right on top.
And your done! You'll be left with an amazing flavorful souvlaki with crunchy veggies! NOW! I use broccoli because I love it so much but a traditional souvlaki does tomatoes
Veggie wise you can do whatever you or your family likes. It doesn't really matter but this is a great way to do it. The family loves it and its extremely filling!
Now :)! If you can't find Tzaziki I did make an awesome guide on how to do it.
Along with a marinade for your pork. I used a pork tender loin an it came out amazing! The meat was OMG! u can always use chicken as well. But this is the best marinade ever HANDS DOWN! And super easy
