I eat this almost daily - I swap smoked turkey for tilapia fillets. I purchase frozen low fat tilapia. Fresh mushrooms over canned, both scallions and white onions

  • 2.0lb Collard greens
  • 1.0c Chopped onions
  • Chopped cilantro - handful
  • 2.0Tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/2c Mushrooms or 1 can
  • 1/2c Baby carrots
  • 3.0c Boiled water
  • 3.0lb Packs of smoked turkey
  • 1.0Tbsp Black pepper
  • 1.0c Baby spinach
  • 2.0pch Bitter leaves
  • 2.0lb Fresh turkey
