INGREDIENTS

Cook in a 110 degree Celsius oven for 10 hours slow cooking. I put a cup of water in the bottom of pan so the meat stays tender. I also elevate the meat on some off cuts of celery .

Now let it rest covered in foil for 10 mins then carve and enjoy!!! It should be so tender it will fall off the bone! For added crunch to outside, I place in my BBQ or wood oven on hot for 10 mins

This step just crisps the outside and WOW! Looking forward to Dinner

  • 1.0bnch Rosemary
