Gather all of your supplies and put the large pot over the stove on high heat.
Immediately pour in the miso broth and bring to a boil.
Take your noodles and put them in the pot. ( I like to use green tea noodles because it gives the soup a unique flavor.)
Cook for 2 minutes.
While the noodles are cooking, cut the tofu into little 1 inch cubes using a paring knife.
Put the tofu in the pot and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now cut the seaweed into 2 inch long "strips" or you can just rip it with your hands😄
Once everything is in the pot cook for a final 2 minutes or until cooked to taste.
