Boil water with a little bit of salt to cook spaghetti
Here we're using spaghetti as noodle
Cook until al dente
Drain and rinse with running cold water to stop the cooking
Prepare other ingredients while waiting for spaghetti to be cooked
Chop garlic. Using 1/3 for frying broccoli and 2/3 for noodle
Chop bird's eye chili
Chop ginger
Cut washed broccoli
First let's start making fried broccoli as side. :) Heat up pan and drizzle with oil
Lightly brown the garlic when oil is hot
Then mix with ginger
When you can smell the fragrance put in the broccoli and keep frying. Add a lil' salt if desired. I like the broccoli when still crunchy
Put it at the side of plate
Using the same pan, add some more oil to brown garlic and chili
Then put in the noodle
Stir in light soy sauce just enough to coat the noodle. I'll suggest 1.5 tablespoonful for a person's portion
Put in bacon and prawns
Keep stirring
And frying, until bacon and prawns are cooked
Topped with a lil' of black pepper and add side dish as desired :)
