Defrost the chicken and marinade it with soy sauce and pepper. Set aside for 15 mins.
Cook the chicken in a frying pan. I like the skin to be a little burnt. To do that, make sure the pan is hot and put the skin face down on the pan. Reduce the fire to medium once skin in desired state
Once the chicken is done, it's time to make the pasta sauce.
I like boiling the pasta while making the Alfredo sauce
Use some of the remaining oil from cooking the chicken (around 2 tablespoons) and throw in some onions
Once the onions are brown, pour in the evaporated milk. I didn't have heavy cream in my fridge so I'm using this as a substitute
Grated cheddar. I grated half a block. I used what I had remaining on my fridge. Put the cheese in once the evaporated milk is bubbling in the pan
This should be what it looks like when the cheese has melted and you've seasoned with black pepper and salt. Don't overdo the seasoning. Pls remember that the oil is already flavoured with the chicken
Drain the pasta and pour some of the Alfredo sauce on top and top it off with the chicken. Enjoy! :)
