Shred about 6 cups of cabbage
add chopped scallion, cilantro, salt, sugar, and mayonnaise
Add chopped tomatoes and mix with juice of 1 lime

I made my own blackened seasoning with a pinch of the following: salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, thyme
Season your salt
Sauté shrimp with butter
I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Add the slaw first
Layer the avocado and shrimp
