Melt together all ingredients and preheat oven to 450 f

Arrange shrimp on a cookie sheet

Pour mixture over shrimp

Bake for 14 minutes at 450

Consider pasta? I'm using whole wheat angel hair

When you drain your pasta, be sure to rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent gumminess.

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
