How to cook shrimp & cashew nuts in oyster sauce

INGREDIENTS

You'll need 500 gm SHRIMP \ud83c\udf64

250 gm Cashew Nuts (you can add more or less depending on your desire)

1 tbsp Chopped Garlic, 1 Small Onion Sliced, 1/2 Sliced of a Medium Green Bell Pepper

4 tbsp Oyster Sauce

1/2 tsp Ground Pepper

& 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Saut\u00e9 Garlic & Onion.

Sauté Garlic & Onion.

Add the Shrimp and season with ground pepper.  When the Shrimp turned pink, remove the Shrimp and set a aside.  And then add the Cashew Nuts and cook till nuts are slightly soft.

Once the Cashew nuts are slightly cooked add the Shrimp and stir.  Add Oyster Sauce and simmer for about a minute.  (Note: if the sauce is salty add 1/2 cup of water)
