Use a meat hammer to pound the pork chop until they are about1/4-1/8 inch thick
Mix the flour, seasoned salt, and pepper into one bowl.
Whisk the egg and the milk together into a different bowl.
Mid together the bread crimps and paprike
Heat the oil on a skillet using medium high heat. The n dredge the pounded pork chop through each of the bowls in the Oder they were showed earlier. Then place it onto the skillet.
Sauté the pork chops for about 4-5 minute on each side or until brown.
In the skillet brown bread crumbs and then add the chicken stock, dill, sour cream, and salt. Let it thicken stirring occasionally. DO NOT LET IT BURN. When done add onto the schnitzel and enjoy
