Cut up squash

Get all your supplies ready. Cut your squash evenly, cutting off both ends. Dice your onions evenly.

I prefer minced garlic over powder. Fresh garlic is great but a bit of a hassle.  Add more garlic if you like.

Melt your butter, add garlic and onions, and sautée over medium heat until onions are soft.

Mix your squash (and zucchini) into onion mix thoroughly.

Finished product

Cook until slightly soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve while still hot.

  • 3.0 small crooked neck squash
  • 1.0tsp minced garlic
  • 1.0 medium onion
  • 1.0Tbsp butter
  • 1.0 Butcher knife
  • 1.0 Cutting board
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1.0 Zucchini (Optional)
