Heat the oil in the frying pan - put the meatballs in to brown. Once browned add the spring onions, some oregano and add the tomato sauce. Give it a good stir and once boiled simmer for around 20 min.
Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with parsley if you wish. Serve with pasta, rice, jacket potatoes and enjoy!
