1 piece of Salmon Put everything in the bag for marination.
Add half a lemon to the salmon, in the bag.
Add some wine. White preffered.
Add black pepper to the bag.
Coriander for flavour (optional).
Mix it all.
Add olive oil.
Also add ginger. Grate it or finely chopped.
Leave for about 5 to 10mins.
Heat up the pan
Put some olive oil in the pan. Put salmon WITH all the marination. Chop into small pieces if want for easier cooking.
Cook for about 7 to 10mins total.
Cover if u want
Turn over once u think its cooked on one side.
Cut a piece and see if its raw. If so, cook more.
