Gather your ingredients
Put your oven on 200°c
Chop your vegetables
Chop garlic and juice lemon
Place rice in saucepan with 1 cup of water
After salmon is cooked put to the side to rest until serving
In pan that salmon was cooked melt butter on medium heat
When butter is melted add chopped garlic
Then add chopped spring onions
Then add water and lemon juice
Put spinach in boiling water over medium until soft
When spinach is done, plate up everything how you like
