cast pie crust in a round oven pan. Use a fork to makes holes in the bottom. place aluminum foil upon pie crust with beans & bake at 200•C 30min. Wine is facultative and stimulates the endeavour
Cut 1/3 of bottom of asparagus and peel the rest before the "head"
Boil asparagus 7-10 min buy trying to keep "head" out of water. An asparagus net/pan is the must but you can try to old them by binding them with a string
Cut salmon in cube
Niiiiiice cubes ! But keep some long and thin pieces for decoration. If you have thin left over, do some sashimi with soy sauce for your friend while they are waiting :-)
After 20 min or when pie crust is gold-brown, take off from oven and place pieces of goat cheese on the bottom
Place layer of asparagus and salmon with cherry tomato
Add some dill and goat cheese
Prepare the mix : whip eggs with pepper and salt, add dill and cream. Facultative: add some grated cheese
Pour mix on the pan and bake at 180•C for 30-40min
Uncast the pie once mix is cooked
Enjoy! Can be served with tomato salad with balsamic dressing
