Open your puff pastry and put it over your worktop. Start kneading it.
Place it on baking paper and over a baking sheet.
Chop the salmon, making pieces on the size you prefer.
Take a pan and start cooking a garlic clove in hot olive oil. Being careful not to burn it.
Add the spinach and saute it for some minutes.
You can also add some pinions if you like them. I think they give a special flavour to this pie.
Put it over the puff pastry, covering all the corners.
Put the chopped salmon above the spinach. You can add some dill over the salmon if you like it.
Cover it with more puff pastry
Seal it with your fingers. Like this.
Beat an egg and spread it over the puff pastry.
Take a fork and make some holes on the surface.
Preheat oven. 200ºC. Put the pie inside for 15-20 minutes. Until you see the surface is toasted.
This is the result. Appetizing.
And the inside. Genuinely appetizing.
