Season ground beef to your desire. Combine ground beef, chopped onions and chopped bell pepper into a fry pan. Cook until done. Drain remaining fat and grease!

Cook rice 15 to 20 minutes. Then drain.

Mix cream of mushroom, rotel tomatoes and cooked rice with the ground beef. Then stir together and pour into casserole bowl.

Add shredded cheese on top and then place into oven so that the cheese will melt.

  • 1.0 Can Cream Of Mushroom
  • 2.0c Rice
  • 1.0 Can Rotel Tomatoe
  • 1/2c Chopped Onions
  • 1/2c Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1/2c Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
