Wash and slice your veggies

In a Dutch oven, brown your flank steak. Add 1 teaspoon of salt on both sides

When brown, remove and put aside

Add some olive oil and brown the garlic

Add the vegetable and cook in high heat


Add the beef broth and tomato paste

Add cumin and bay leave

Add the flank steak, cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours

When done, use 2 forks and shred the flank steak.

When done, add 2 tablespoon of salt and simmer for 30 minutes

It's ready to serve
