Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash and dry your potatoes (mine are a little larger)
Cut your potatoes into 1/4-1/2" chunks.
Mince your garlic and chop your Rosemary.
Combine all ingredients except potatoes in a large bowl.
Toss potatoes to coat.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes, stopping to flip/turn once at 20 mins and again at 40 mins.
Cook until golden delicious!

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons rosemary (optional)
