supplies!
cut tops off of the garlic cloves
set it a piece of tin foil & cover with olive oil
wrap the cloves with the tin foil
cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
let the garlic cool for 5-10 minutes, this is the perfect time to warm up your bread
squeeze out the goods into a bowl
add 2 tbsp of parm-rom
add 2 tbsp of olive oil
& finally a dash of salt
smash with a fork or spoon
add additional tbsp of parm-rom
& more olive oil
dip & enjoy!
helpful hint: if you have a garlic baker you can cut the cooking time be 35-40 minutes
