STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Ooookey, let's start! First of all, gather these guys all together
Start with the biggest vegetables. Cut them in big "cubes"
Aaaall of them
Add cold water with salt for 20 min to remove a bitter taste. Empty them into a pan, add some olive oil, cover the pan and left it cooking for another 30 min with a medium heat (stir every 10 min)
Chop red onions
Then garlic
Try to make your pieces smaller than mine😁
Then cut the young fresh onions if you have some
Let's go. Add them one by one into the pan with olive oil. Garlic is the last in the queue.
Carrot. Remember we want big pieces, otherwise you will get veggi porridge or risotto😁
Should look like this
Send them to the pot
Cutting again
Add them to the rest of vegetables. I love colors sooo much
Meanwhile, the hardest( for me): get rid of a tomato scalp😂 but, fortunately, I have some trick for you. Make slight cross cuts. And pull them into a boiling water for a minute
Tadaaaam. Easily remove the skin
Now you can easily cut them
Take a Break. Have a snack😝
So here how it looks so far
And if you think you need more tomatoes , use some half-ready tomato(if you have a good one). It will make your sause really rich;)
My favorite part. Add your favourite spices
About the essential spices: oregano, basil, paprika and black pepper
The other option is not to use the cream at all. It will be nice too, but trust me, you have to try it!)) Ok, we now have the last step: chop the dill
Enjoy it! You can eat it as a separate dish, but I usually make rice or pasta. ...yes, IT IS a heavy dinner 😁😁😁 but you can eat just a small portion! I can't;)
