Cut off the bottom of your asparagus.
Finely dice the onion.
Using your hands, tear your prosciutto roughly into pieces.
Put some oil in a pan, add onion and prosciutto into it and then stir fry them over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Cook your spaghetti and your asparagus in a pot with boiling water. For two people: 200 grams of spaghetti.
Once your asparagus are cooked, dice them.
Mix until the eggs are done.
Serve your rich asparagus spaghetti :)
