How to cook rice with veggies

Just another way to make rice, just in case you want something other than the Mexican rice to enjoy with your meal as a side

Heat pan, and add oil

Add your rice, and saut\u00e9 a few minutes.

We don't want it to brown, just toast a little. Should look like this

Add your onion and bell pepper, saut\u00e9 about a minute

Turn down the temp to med, and cover with lid.

I like to turn mine off when the water is almost evaporated, (usually about 10 mins) if you look at it, it would have little bubbles. Leave covered for another 10 mins.

  • 1.0 Carrot (or more)
  • 1.0 Tomato
  • 1/2 Bell pepper (or more)
  • Few slices of onion (or more)
  • 1.0Tbsp Chicken bouillon
  • 3.0c Water
  • 1.0tsp Oil (any kind would work)
