Put oil in deep dish, when oil gets hot add chopped onion
While the onion is frying, cut the chicken breast into strips
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, and chili garlic paste
What the marinated chicken should look like
When onions look like this add the chicken
While the chicken is cooking, chop the bok Choy like this and rinse (also called "napa cabbage")
Boil 4 cups of water and add the rice noodles, let them cook for 10 minutes and then drain the water out.
When chicken is fully cooked add a cup of water.
After adding water add the bok Choy
Mix the bok Choy with the chicken
Bok Choy should wilt and look like this
Add the rice noodles
Stir and let cook for five minutes. Should end up like this
- 1/2c Soy sauce
- 4.0Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2tsp Chili garlic paste
- 1.0Tbsp Garlic paste
- 1.0Tbsp Ginger paste
- 1.0 Bok choy
- 2.0 Packet of Chicken breast
- 1.0 Onion
- 6.0Tbsp Olive oil
- Rice noodles
