About 11 shrimps.

2 small long potatoes, and chopped red onion.

Heat oil on medium high and sauté onion and green chilies until get aromatic. Then add 1 1/2 red curry paste stir well for 2 minutes.

Add milk and water. Turn to small heat to boil.

Add the kaffir leave.

Add potatoes cube.

Add shrimps.

Add the 1/4 tsp fish sauce and 2 tsp palm sugar.

Sprinkle a little bit of chilies flake and cilantro as garnish, then ready for my yummy curry!
