5) In a separate bowl, combine lightly beaten egg, melted butter and the milk 6) Combine the wet and dry ingredients and lightly mix. 7) Gently fold in the raspberries.

8) Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. TIPS: -If you want, you can melt some of the choc bits on top of your muffins -If you do not want them to turn purple, do not mix the berries in too much ENJOY

  • 1.0c milk or butter milk
