Cook your radicchio whick has been cut in thin slices and sizzled in pan with some oive oil
Add some white wine
A few spoons of tomato sauce
Now add it to your fresh becahemel sauce (check guide for bechamel)
Add some chunks of blue cheese
Add a layer of parmesan cheese
Make last layer of parmesan cheese
Preheat oven at 220 celsius
Put oven
Take out after 20 minutes till nice and crispy. Buon appetito
