Garlic chillies ginger and upper part of lemongrass blend it together and put aside for later
Keep the upper part of lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves for the chicken stock
6 cups of chicken stock add lemongrass and 3 kaffir lime leaves and boil for 6 min
Add the blended paste to the pot and cook for another 6 min
Add prawns and mushroom to the pot
Add pak choi or any green veg of ur choice and cook for 5 min
Put the coriander and glass\rice noodles in the serving bowl
Add coconut milk and fish sauce into cooking pot stir it well and serve with coriander and noodles ... Enjoy
