
Chop the broccoli into florets and slice the 1/2 bell pepper and 1/2 onion into large chunks.

Chop your steak into cubes.

Add 1 tsp of sesame oil to a pan and turn it on high heat.

When the oil gets hot, add all of the vegetables in the pan. I also added 1 tbsp of minced garlic.

Sprinkle. Pinch of garlic salt on the veggies

Sprinkle a pinch of ginger on the veggies.

Sprinkle a pinch of onion powder on the veggies.

Add 1 tsp of soy sauce to the veggies and cook for about 5 minutes or veggies are finished. You want them to have a good consistency.

Set the veggies aside and now it's time to start the beef.

Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. When the oil is hot, throw in the steak. Add 1 tsp of butter to the mixture.

Add a pinch of garlic salt.

Add a pinch of ginger.

Add a pinch of onion powder.

Add a pinch of cracked black pepper.

Add 1 tsp of soy sauce.

Stir everything together and cook until the desired steak doneness. Usually this is about 5 mins for more med rare and 10 mins for more well done.

Garnish with sesame seeds.

Add the veggies back to the mix.
