INGREDIENTS
These are your 3 ingredients. I know you might be grossed out by the thought of mixing chili sauce and grape jelly, but I promise, these meatballs are delicious!
Pour the chili sauce into a large pot on medium heat.
Add the grape jelly to the chili sauce and stir until the jelly melts. Let the 2 ingredients come to a boil before adding the meatballs.
Boil..... ***Note: If you want to make meatballs for a larger group (8+) cook the entire bag & use the full jars of chili sauce & grape jelly. For 2-4 people, use half the bag & half of each jar.
Add the meatballs from the bag. -Again, the amount is up to you. Just remember to use equal parts of jelly and sauce. -Stir occasionally.
Keep stirring... After about 10 minutes of boiling, poke a meatball to check if it has been thoroughly cooked.
Meal for 2: This is half a bag of meatballs served with mashed potatoes. So many different options with this yummy dish...For parties: I like to take my meatballs outdoors in the Crockpot to keep warm
Enjoy! :)
