Add the tomato
Add the serrano pepper & the clove of garlic chop.
Add the bell pepper
Okay, I could cut those bell peppers a bit thinner...π¬
Just do a little hole on the center to add the meat there

Also add the beef juice

Some black pepper
Tomato bouillon, one and half of tablespoons
Be careful because the "Tomato bouillon" is salty, not too much salt
Tip: Always taste your food, For good seasoning. Cover it and give 5 min at medium fire

And please , bring a piece of bread on the side, because when you are finish your going to clean that plate with the breadπππ
