This recipe is super easy and customizable. Gather ingredients and pre heat oven to 350. Oil and flour your pans. This recipe is intended to be baked in coffee tins but bakes just as good in loaf pans

Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl

Chop nuts to about this size. These are walnuts but works great with pecans

Fill floured and oiled pans half way.. This batch has raisins ;)

Bake for 1 hour at 350.. This is how they look when they come out

  • 4.0 Eggs
  • 2/3c Water
  • 1.0 Can of pumpkin purée
  • 1.0tsp Vanilla
  • 1.0c Pecans
