INGREDIENTS
Ok so you need 2 yuccas 1 small red onion 2 cloves of garlic. (plantains /tostones)white wine , oregano, chicken thighs, Sazon with achote , bullion chicken cubes, green olives, (Goya mojo is extra)
5 chicken thighs in a deep pan
Cut up 2 potatoes ,green olives ,2 yuca, half the onion ,2 garlic cloves ,add 2 packets of Sazon , 1/4 c of oregano , 1 cup of white wine and water and let simmer add more season salt if needed
Make rice to go with it , I add a little vegetable oil to my rice 😊
Let it simmer for 30 min on medium low add more water or wine if needed
That's what the plantains were for ;) tostones just cut them up and fry them
