Collect your ingredients
Grate lime zest into a bowl
Roll the lime around to soften it
Cut the lime in half
Squeeze lemon juice into your bowl
Peel your ginger
Grate your ginger
Grad 1 clove of garlic
Peel your garlic
Grate your garlic
Grab 1 shallot
Peel your Shallot
Cut the shallot into really small pieces
Cut the end of your chilli
Cut your chilli in half and remove the seeds
Slice the chilli into small strips
Cut the strips into even smaller pieces
Get your coriander or parsley (up to you)
Cut it into really small pieces to avoid big chunks in your salsa
Scape all of your ingredients into your bowl
Get a mango
Cut the two sides off leaving the middle
Cut the two sides into little cubes
Peel the skin back leaving little cubes of mango
Scape the mango off into your bowl
Add extra virgin olive oil (as much as you want it depends on taste)
Add white wine vinegar
Add salt (again depends on your taste)
Add black pepper (depends on your taste)
Enjoy your salsa
Get your prawns
Get plates ready
Finish off your prawns
Put lettuce leaves on a plate
