INGREDIENTS
Take 500 gms of prawns
Chopped carrot, fresh beans, cabbage, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onion, chillies..
Take a non-stick frying pan and heat it
Heat the oil
Then add the boiled vegetables (carrot, French beans, cabbage and coriander leaves) and fry for 2 mins... (Add a pinch of salt to it )
Now take the fried vegetables to a plate and wipe off the Non-Stick pan with a tissue paper..
Now it's turn for frying chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves..
Heat the oil
Fry the chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves with a pinch of salt..
Boil the prawns and it looks like this...
Now fry the prawns for 2 mins with a pinch of salt and black pepper to it...
After frying prawns look like this...
Take 2 eggs..
Again after wiping off the pan heat the pan with oil..
Now mash the 2 eggs
Make it together
Then make the mashed egg into pieces and add lil pepper and lil salt
Now we need to fry the 70% boiled rice...
Fry the 70% boiled rice for 2 min..
Then add mashed egg...
Stir it..
Then add the remaining fried mixture which was kept aside...( fried vegetables, fried onions, chillies and curry leaves and Fried Prawns)
Now mix it and stir it for 5 min...
Finishing touch..(red chilli garlic sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar)
Now add the sauces(red chilli, soya, green chilli and vinegar)
Cook for atleast 5 min in medium flame...now that's it "Prawns Fried Rice" in Indian style is ready... :))) really tastes good!!!
