Preparations. Peel off, wash and cut into pieces.
Fry the spring onion first when the fry pan is properly heated. then carrot, and then potatoes and paprika. I love the smell of fried spring onion. :)
Add some salt, sugar or spices according to your own tastes. Don't cook for too long if you prefer it to be "crispy". Serve it with rice.
