INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 280 degrees
For the Tandoori Chicken marination add lemon juice,oil,tandoori masala and yogurt and mix together then add breast fillet and leave to rest for 24 hours
Cut each fillet into halves and wrap in foil
Leaves to rest for potato salad
Firstly dice 5 potatos
Chop capscuim and onion
Lay potatoes,capsicum,onion,salt and pepper and cheese continue this process for another 3 layers
On the second layer add milk over the layer
Then finally finish with the third layer
Now put the chicken and the potato salad in the oven
Cook for 45 minutes
Finally take it out the oven and enjoy meal
- 5.0 Diced Potatos
- 1.0 Chopped Capsicum
- 1.0 Chopped Onion
- 1.0c Cheese
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper on each layer
- 0.0c Milk
- For Tandoori Marination
- 2.0 Breast Fillet
- 2.0Tbsp Yogurt
- 1.0 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- 0.0tsp Salt
- 1.0Tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1.0Tbsp Oil
