Peal the potatoes
Slice them very thin, I would recommend a slicer, but those who don't have one can use a peeler instead.
Bring to a boil with water, vinegar, and salt, then boil until they are mildly transparent, about five minutes would suffice.
Enjoy. I liked the taste, the crispy crunch, but I think I over fried this batch a bit, try your own variations to see which one works better. The trick is precooking and vinegar, again enjoy.
