INGREDIENTS
Make a regular mash potato, whit butter, milk, salt and pepper, and Parmesan, chop the ham, and the rest of the veggies, as shown in the picture
Mix the chopped ham, and veggies whit the potato mash, season whit salt and pepper
Make little round cakes, place them in a bowl whit flour
After the flour, put them in a bowl whit the egg, and then a bowl whit bread crumbs
Fry them in hot pan, till they get a nice brown golden color and it's ready
For the sauce, we are using a habanero honey-mustard aioli, get 3 egg yolks and 1 hole egg, blend it, add olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey, to make it thiner add some cream
Get 5 habaneros, fry them in a hot pan whit oil and let them get soft and a nice brown color, blend them, and add some vinegar sugar and salt, once is ready mix them whit the honey mustard aioli
Serve it whit Spanish rice and top the potato cakes whit the aioli, don make it to spicy.... Only if you can handle it 😏
- 5.0 Idaho potaoes
- 1/2c Butter
- 1/4c Parmesan cheese

- 1/4c Chopped onion
- 1.0c Liquid eggs
