Get all ingredient ready
Chop them into 1" chunk, or the size you like
Put some olive oil in the pan and slightly cook the beef until skin color change
The skin color has changed
Put other chunk vegetables in the pan and get a quick stir
Use another soup pan ,pour water and seasoning to the ingredient
The water could slightly cover the ingredient
Cover the pan and let simmer for 1hour
Simmer until all ingredient are tender and well flavored
Serve with rice or noodle, yahoo!
