use whole rolled oats rather than prepared microwaveable packets.

use a suitable measure such as a ramekin, these oats are quite hearty; don't over-fill

decant into a cereal bowl

pour two measures of milk, you can also use water or half water - half milk.

you might add a little more if you want a creamy serving.

place the bowl in the fridge, allow the oats to soak in milk overnight.

place in microwave next morning

set timer to 2 minutes, medium power

stir after 2 mins, replace in microwave

set to medium power, heat for 2 more minutes

take some tasty honey, not too bland

drizzle over honey, allow to stand for a minute, stir as you please

add some cold fresh milk, yin and yang

enjoy your delicious breakfast :)
