And the pork knuckles, of course!
This is the dried lily flower(you can buy it in most asian stores). Wash it with clean water before mixing it with the other ingredients.
Put the pork knuckles & all the ingredients in your pressure cooker. Don't forget the 3 cups water too!
And mix them well altogether before you close the pressure cooker lid
And when they are all blended well. Now it's time to Put the lid and turn the fire on.
It starts to boil(when you hear your pressure cooker whistles). Bring it to boil for 5minutes high.
And adjust your fire into medium low and simmer it for 50minutes.
When the timer stops, turn off the stove and WAIT till the WHISTLE STOPS!.. before you open the lid of your pressure cooker.
And Voila!!! Enjoy eating!
- 4.0lb Pork knuckles
- 1.0 Can salted black beans
- 3.0Tbsp Sugar (brown or white)
- 1/3c Soy sauce
- 3.0Tbsp Vinegar
- black pepper
- 3.0 Pcs. Bay leaves
- Dried Lily flower
