Buy pork butt and have them ground one time only. So that it is chuncky
Break out meat to estimate amount of Bao you will be making
Cut scallion into smaller pieces.
Mix scallion, ginger and Ground pork
Clean napa cabbage
Bring to a boil water and add oil
Blanch the Napa to soften
Cool Napa with water and chop to add into pork mixture
