This is a quick and easy Filipino dish. You can use chicken also! 😃

Chop up onions.  Cut up pork tenderloin in bite size pieces and rub in pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Mix well. Cover and let simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.

Pork tenderloin is done when the adobo sauce is absorbed and almost near evaporation...🌟Tip: don't let sauce burn, leave a little in the pot to keep meat moist. Serve over white rice and enjoy!!! 😋
