Gather supplies.
Chop up onions. Cut up pork tenderloin in bite size pieces and rub in pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Warm up oil in large pot and sauté garlic.
Add onions...
Add brown sugar and continue to sauté...
Mix brown sugar in well...
Add in pork tenderloin...
Mix ingredients well...
Add vinegar....
Add water...(the aroma is mouth-watering!)
Add bay leaves...
Mix well. Cover and let simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
Pork tenderloin is done when the adobo sauce is absorbed and almost near evaporation...🌟Tip: don't let sauce burn, leave a little in the pot to keep meat moist. Serve over white rice and enjoy!!! 😋
