Kettle boil water

1/3 fill the pan with the boiled water

Put poachers on top, can still use the boat type poachers

Crack eggs into poachers

Put lid on sauce pan

Cook toast

Wait for approximatly 3-4 minutes until the egg is no longer gooey and the egg is slightly firm

Knife around the whole of the edge of the egg and tip it onto toast

You can pour any sauce or flavourings into your eggs

I used salt and pepper:-)
